NOTE: A limited number of tickets will be available for sale at the door for tonight’s show, Friday, March 13. Doors open at 5:30pm. Seating starts at 6:30pm. Show starts at 7pm.
Because of the ever changing situation, there is a strong possibility that the show Saturday will be cancelled. If we are allowed to have the show, we will be limited to an audience of 100 or less.
Here are your options:
FRIDAY NIGHT TICKET HOLDERS: Show is scheduled to go on as planned!
- If you have tickets that you NO LONGER NEED–please email kmccormick@wcpss.net with the name they are under and how many I can release.
- If you would like to watch a LIVE STREAM of our show tonight instead of attending, please email kmccormick@wcpss.net with the name the tickets are under and how many I can release
- We will see all ticket holders tonight as the show will go on as planned–doors open by 5:30
SATURDAY NIGHT TICKET HOLDERS: You have several options–
- You may MOVE YOUR TICKET TO TONIGHT–you must email kmccormick@wcpss.net ASAP and I will switch your ticket to tonight. The NEW TICKET will be sent to your email address. Unfortunately, these will all be general admission seats as I cannot honor reserved seats for Saturday as they have already been bought by other patrons. I apologize for this inconvenience.
- You may LIVE STREAM our show tonight! I have amazing parents who are working right now to get a live stream link set up that I will send out via email on Friday afternoon. This will allow you to watch our show from the comfort of your home! Maybe have a viewing party??
- You may come and be the first 100 people on Saturday night. The line will form outside the auditorium, stairs coming from the senior parking lot, and the first 100 people will allowed in to the auditorium. The tickets sales have suspended for Saturday so we will not be selling any tickets at the door.
- Our plan right now is request permission to set up a space for a second 100 people to get the opportunity to sit in the media center and watch a live stream of the show! Your ticket will be your admission as we are not selling any new tickets. A fantastic idea for our families!
I thank you immensely for your support and help in this ever changing situation. Your support to our program is GREATLY appreciated as we could not put on these wonderful shows without you. Many programs in the county might have to cancel their shows all together so we feel incredibly lucky to get to perform at all!
