Seniors who are ACTIVE members of the performing arts department (choral, drama, and orchestra) at Cary High School are invited to apply for the 2022 CHS Performing Arts Booster Club Scholarship.
All application materials, including two completed teacher recommendation forms, must be submitted to
caryhs.pabc.scholarship@gmail.com
by Tuesday, May 17, 2022 at 2:30pm.
Students should submit the following:
- The completed Application Form.
- A scholarship essay, as indicated in the Application Form.
- A photocopy of a letter of acceptance to the vocational school, college, or university the student will be attending in the fall of 2022.
Students should provide the Recommendation Form to two teachers. The teachers should submit the completed recommendation forms by email directly to caryhs.pabc.scholarship@gmail.com.
- One recommendation from an academic teacher.
- One recommendation from a teacher in the Performing Arts Department (choral, drama, orchestra), or private study instructor.
Students will receive emails confirming receipt of the student’s application and each teacher’s recommendation. IF YOU DO NOT GET CONFIRMATION EMAILS FOR YOUR APPLICATION AND EACH RECOMMENDATION, YOU SHOULD ASSUME THAT THOSE ITEMS HAVE NOT YET BEEN RECEIVED.
